No student is over exerted or under challenged.
TEENS AND ADULTS
Adults benefit from the Twin Dragons' Kenpo Karate System as well as children. Many women are finding that Karate trims and tones their bodies while developing confidence and courage. They learn they can take care of themselves should the situation arise and that's an important ability for any woman in today's society. Men report improved flexibility, energy and strength, while receiving a valuable and positive outlet for stress. Our teens are taught with the same positive motivational attitude as all of our students. As they gain skills and self-discipline, they develop an inner sense of well being and pride, which helps them to resist the many pressures they are faced with in today's society.
